Unfiltered craft Gin ILLUSION is an exquisite blend of juniper aroma and eight carefully selected spices, distilled from Malvasia grape pomace. The spices, including juniper, coriander, angelica, orange peel, lemon peel, licorice, immortelle, anise, and Ceylon cinnamon, undergo direct maceration in copper stills for several days. Redistillation to 80% alcohol by volume in copper pots ensures the retention of ILLUSION’s aromatic essence. With distinct smoothness and a well-balanced fusion of juniper and Mediterranean spices, our unfiltered gin stands out. A blend of nine spices enhances the flavor profile, creating a unique character.
