Delivery is carried out by our partner courier services within Croatia: GLS.
The standard delivery time for the mainland of Croatia is one working day, while for islands, it is usually 2-3 working days.

The standard delivery time within the EU is 3-7 working days, depending on the destination country. The number of days listed for delivery is just an estimate. Delivery might take longer, especially during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays.

For Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Kosovo, small shipments (under €1000) don’t require export customs clearance. But if they’re worth more, they must follow full customs procedures, and the recipient must handle import clearance and all related costs.

Parcels sent to countries like Turkey, Cyprus, Malta, and Greece go by air, which requires stricter packaging standards.

DELIVERY TERMS

Products will be packaged to prevent damage during normal handling in transit.
The delivery service is obligated to attempt delivery to the recipient’s address only once. In the event that the recipient is not at the address, the courier is required to call the recipient at the provided contact number. If unable to reach the recipient by phone, the courier must leave a message with information on where the recipient can pick up the package.
If we are unable to deliver any of the products in the order according to the delivery schedule, we will inform the customer, and in consultation with them, the order will be postponed, canceled, or the available quantities will be delivered.
The customer is obligated to check for any damages upon receiving the product and immediately report them to the delivery person who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment if visible external damages are present. The goods are insured against loss during delivery. The customer is required to sign the delivery note or waybill upon receiving the goods, which the delivery service takes as confirmation of receipt.
