Family Tradition
The story of Clai Winery began over twenty years ago when Giorgio and Vesna Clai decided to leave Trieste and dedicate themselves to crafting wines in Krasica. Their love for traditional winemaking and respect for nature have made Clai Winery one of the most respected boutique wineries in Croatia. The family philosophy focuses on organic cultivation, with minimal intervention to let the terroir speak through each wine.
