Goodbye 2025!
Novigrad invites you to say farewell to 2025 in the most joyful way — with an all-afternoon New Year’s Eve celebration filled with music, laughter, winter flavours and festive cheer. The open-air event takes place in front of the city sports hall and welcomes locals and visitors alike to gather, put on their Christmas hats and enjoy a relaxed but lively holiday atmosphere together.
The programme begins with a special children’s entertainment show, ensuring fun for the youngest visitors, and smoothly continues with a DJ set and live music performances by local bands. Throughout the afternoon, the stage comes alive with dance rhythms and sing-along hits, creating a perfect backdrop for celebrating with family, friends and fellow guests.
No celebration is complete without good food and drink, and Goodbye 2025! delivers a true taste of Istria: warm mulled wine, sausages with sauerkraut, tender ombolo, a hearty cauldron of mushrooms, and traditional Istrian pastries – all offered at affordable prices so everyone can indulge without worry.
As the afternoon draws to a close, the crowd gathers for the festive countdown to the farewell of 2025, followed by a cheerful fireworks display, marking the symbolic send-off of the old year before evening falls.
