Scrambled Eggs with White Truffle and Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Buža extra virgin olive oil
- Shavings of fresh white truffle or a small spoon of black truffle minced
- Optional: splash of milk or cream
- Rustic bread for serving
Preparation

Beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and a splash of milk if desired.

Heat olive oil gently in a non-stick pan over low heat.

Pour in the eggs and cook slowly, stirring gently until just set and still creamy.

Remove from heat and immediately top with white truffle shavings or a teaspoon of black truffle paste.

Serve with toasted bread and a drizzle of extra Buža oil.
