Hemp Tea with CBD Honey
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
DIFFICULTY: Very easy
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Organic Hemp Tea
- 250 ml hot water (not boiling, ~85°C)
- 1 teaspoon CBD Honey
- Slice of lemon (optional)
- Fresh mint or lavender (optional)
Preparation

Bring water to a near boil (not over 90°C to preserve CBD and herbal properties).

Add hemp tea to a teapot or infuser and pour over hot water.

Let steep for 5–7 minutes.

Strain into a mug and stir in CBD honey once slightly cooled (not while water is still very hot!).

Optionally, add a slice of lemon or fresh mint/lavender for aroma. Enjoy warm, especially in the evening.
