SUP Yoga in Pula: Flowing with the Sea at Sunrise and Sunset

Awaken or unwind in Istria’s most poetic classroom—the sea itself. At SUP Yoga in Pula, your “mat” is a paddleboard, your studio the open water. Here, practice meets nature in perfect harmony, as you balance body and breath amid the gentle waves of Stoja Bay.

Flow on Water

Set deep into a peaceful bay near Arena Stoja, this 75-minute yoga session begins with a 10–15 minute paddleboard tutorial. Soon, you find your rhythm—anchoring your board and moving into yoga sequences, guided by a certified instructor, all while floating above water. Morning classes at 8:00 or 8:30 am energize the day; evening sessions at around 6:00 pm offer a serene close, as the sun dips low.

Balance, Breath & Bliss

No prior experience? No problem. These classes are beginner-friendly yet subtly challenging—inviting you to cultivate balance, presence, and focused breathwork. You’ll connect more deeply with each pose—and the natural rhythm of the sea beneath.

All the Extras (Without the Hassle)

Everything you need comes included: paddleboard, paddle, optional life vest, secure storage, and even GoPro photos to remember the moment. Just bring a swimsuit, water, and a towel—and avoid applying sunscreen right before, so the board doesn’t get slippery.
