Veralda Winery

The Veralda winery is set amidst the rolling hills of Brtonigle. The entire Visintin family has dedicated itself to the tradition of wine production, nurturing a special love for Malvasia and Teran, indigenous varieties that have won them numerous awards. The winery’s greatest success came in 2016, when their Istrian Teran won the title of World’s Best Wine in the Decanter competition in the category of single-varietal red wines priced at more than £15 per bottle. They have also won awards for their Malvasia, Teran rosé and Teran sparkling wine.
