Dobravac Winery is located just outside Rovinj’s historical center, in a tranquil, residential part of town. The winery offers a peaceful and intimate atmosphere, ideal for relaxed tastings. The tasting room combines rustic Istrian charm with modern touches, and the surrounding vineyards and olive groves add to the idyllic setting. Guests can enjoy sweeping views of the countryside and the Adriatic Sea.

Wines and Tasting Experience

Dobravac Winery focuses on producing elegant wines from both indigenous and international varieties, cultivated on carefully managed vineyards near Rovinj. Signature wines include:

• Malvazija Istarska: A crisp, floral white wine that showcases the minerality of Istria’s white soils.

• Teran: A native red grape known for its bold character, vibrant acidity, and notes of forest fruits.

• Shiraz: A spiced, well-rounded red wine with depth and aging potential.

• Rosé: A light, refreshing wine perfect for warm coastal evenings.

Tastings are conducted in a laid-back, welcoming environment and often include pairings with homemade olive oil, local cheeses, and artisanal bread.

Tasting Programs

Dobravac Winery offers private and small-group tastings by appointment. Programs include:

• A tour of the vineyard (weather permitting)

• Guided tasting of 3 to 6 wines, depending on the selected package

• Discussion on wine styles, terroir, and food pairings

• Optional tasting of the estate’s olive oil and seasonal products

Tastings are offered in English, Croatian, or Italian.
