Every August, the quiet stone-paved town of Bale in southern Istria transforms into a vibrant stage for jazz lovers from all over the world during the Last Minute Open Jazz Festival. Despite its playful name, this is one of the most respected and atmospheric open-air jazz festivals in Croatia.
